Founded by lumber industry professional Jefferson Béen, Olin Forest Products was created to bring premium western wood species to a market that has traditionally been limited to pressure-treated lumber, composite products, and expensive imported hardwoods. We believe customers deserve access to better-performing natural materials that offer exceptional beauty, durability, and value.
Today, Olin Forest Products proudly serves Nashville and the greater Middle Tennessee region, helping customers create exceptional architectural projects and outdoor spaces with materials selected for performance, longevity, and natural beauty.

Founder and President
Jefferson Béen
Jefferson Lee Béen is an entrepreneur and lumber industry professional with extensive experience supplying premium wood products to luxury residential and architectural projects. Specializing in Western wood species and custom forest products, he has built a reputation for helping builders, architects, and homeowners source high-quality materials that balance performance, aesthetics, and value.
Jefferson previously served the Aspen and Vail, Colorado markets and now serves Nashville and Middle Tennessee, including Davidson and Williamson counties. His products have been featured in Architectural Digest, and his clientele has included renowned architect Maya Lin, designer of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, as well as members of the Estée Lauder family.
Through decades-long direct relationships with lumber mills and suppliers throughout North America and abroad, Jefferson provides clients with access to specialty lumber products, custom sourcing solutions, and competitive pricing that are often unavailable through traditional distribution channels.
His expertise includes sales, customer relationship management, domestic and international sourcing, contract negotiation, pricing strategy, budgeting, operations, and supply chain management.

Lori Béen
As Chief of Staff for Olin Forest Products, Lori Béen serves as the strategic partner to President Jefferson Béen, helping turn the company’s vision into action. She oversees strategic planning, cross-functional initiatives, executive communications, and special projects, serving as a trusted advisor who helps align leadership, manufacturing partners, brokers, and clients around shared goals.
With more than 25 years of experience as the founder and president of the highly successful career coaching firm paNASH, recognized as a top-ranking career coaching service for ten consecutive years, as well as a career as a bestselling author, Lori brings expertise in leadership, organizational strategy, project management, communication, and relationship building. Her experience working with executives, business owners, and professionals strengthens Olin Forest Products’ commitment to exceptional service and lasting partnerships.
Olin Forest Products was named in memory of Lori’s late father, Capt. Olin L. Bumgarner, a former United States Marine who honorably served his country for 20 years. His legacy of integrity, discipline, faith, and dedication continues to inspire the values that guide the company today.

Justin Hill
Justin’s professional journey reflects a rare blend of human-centric leadership and disciplined, high-level operational execution, an approach that now guides his work as Vice President and Strategic Financial Advisor at Olin Forest Products. Across his career, he has served in senior executive roles including COO, CFO, and CEO, earning a reputation for scaling complex operations. His leadership has helped position companies on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S. an unprecedented three times.
Raised on a small rural farm, Justin used talent, grit, and determination to become a sought-after professional in the entertainment industry in his twenties, then an executive at a technology company in his early thirties. By 40, he had built and sold an award-winning marketing and media company, recognized as a top digital and branding firm in the United States for multiple years running. Today, Justin channels his visionary spirit into his own ventures across real estate, retail, and manufacturing, while actively partnering with other leaders to help them build more resilient, high-impact companies.
As a real estate developer, Justin has led projects ranging from mixed-use developments to historic rehabilitation, where excellence in detail, design integrity, and financial precision are equally essential. Justin’s commitment to preserving architectural legacy and elevating modern utility was recognized in 2022 when he received a Preservation at Its Best Award for Best Mid-Century Commercial Adaptive Reuse.
When he’s not focused on growth and strategy, Justin enjoys time with his wife, Diana, and their son, Maverick Gabriel—making memories through adventures from their home near Chicago, Illinois.
